Playful Pinwheel (Japanese: 風車 Pinwheel) is a weapon skill in the dagger category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the wind variation of Claude. When its user's HP is not low, Playful Pinwheel neutralizes effects that guarantee the foe's follow-up attacks, prevent its user's follow-up attacks, or convert bonuses to penalties; boosts its user's stats; and reduces its user's special cooldown count when their attack could trigger their special.

If user attacked in combat, after combat, inflicts −7 each to defense and resistance of foe and enemies within 2 spaces of foe through their next actions.

bonus to unit's Atk/Spd during combat =
number of Bonus effects active on unit
and Penalty effects active on foe (excluding
stat bonuses and stat penalties) × 2, and also,
if unit's attack can trigger unit's Special, grants
Special cooldown count-X to unit before unit's
first attack and Special cooldown count-Y to
unit before unit's first follow-up attack during
combat (X = number of Bonus effects active
on unit, excluding stat bonuses; max = unit's
Special cooldown count value at start of
combat; Y = number of Bonus effects active
on unit (excluding stat bonuses) - unit's Special
cooldown count value at start of combat;
min: 0). After combat, if unit attacked, inflicts
Def/Res-7 on target and foes within 2 spaces
of target through their next actions.

【Null Follow-Up】
If unit's Spd > foe's Spd during combat,
neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's
follow-up attacks and effects that prevent
unit's follow-up attacks for 1 turn.

【Null Panic】
If unit is inflicted with Panic (bonuses converted
into penalties), neutralizes the "converts
bonuses on target into penalties" effect for
1 turn. (Even though the effect is neutralized,
the Panic status remains, and is treated as a
Penalty status.)

 (上限は、戦闘開始時の自分の奥義発動カウントの値)
 Bは、自分が受けている強化を除いた【有利な状態】の数
 から、戦闘開始時の自分の奥義発動カウントの値を
 引いた値(下限0))

戦闘中に攻撃していれば、戦闘後に
敵と、その周囲2マスの敵の
守備、魔防-7(敵の次回行動終了まで)

【見切り・追撃効果】
戦闘中、速さが敵より1以上高い時、
敵の絶対追撃を無効、かつ、
自分の追撃不可を無効
(1ターン)

【見切り・パニック】
「パニック」(強化を+ではなく-とする状態異常)を
付与されている時、
その「強化を+ではなく-とする」効果を無効化
(1ターン)

(「パニック」と「見切り・パニック」の
 両方が付与された場合、
 「パニック」の効果は無効化するものの、
 「不利な状態異常」は付与されていると扱う)
