Brightwind Fans (Japanese: 風舞う白夜の呪扇 Byakuya twirling wind spell fan) is a weapon skill in the dagger category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the wind variation of Kagero. Brightwind Fans allows its user to move again after certain actions; additionally, when its user's HP is not low, it boosts its user's stats, neutralizes reductions to its user's special cooldown charge, reduces the damage of the foe's first attack, and boosts the damage of the user's next attack based on how much damage they reduced the foe's attack by.

If user's HP ≥ 25% at start of combat, grants +5 each to user's attack, speed, defense, and resistance, grants +⁠(user's speed at start of combat × 20%) each to user's attack and speed, neutralizes effects that reduce user's special cooldown charge during combat, and if user initiates combat, foe's first attack deals −50% damage and user's next attack deals +⁠(tota damage reduced) damage.
If user attacked in combat, after combat, inflicts −7 each to defense and resistance of foe and enemies within 2 spaces of foe through their next actions.

At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants
Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit, grants Atk/Spd+X
to unit (X = 20% of unit's Spd at start of
combat), and neutralizes effects that inflict
"Special cooldown charge -X" on unit during
combat, and also, if unit initiates combat,
reduces damage from foe's first attack by
50% during combat, and unit's next attack
deals damage = total damage reduced (by
any source, including other skills; resets at
end of combat).

After an attack, Assist skill, or structure
destruction, unit can move spaces = number
of spaces from start position to end position
unit moved prior to taking action (max 3).

(Unit moves according to movement type. Once
per turn. Cannot attack or assist. Only highest
value applied. Does not stack. After moving,
if a skill that grants another action would be
triggered (like with Galeforce), Canto will
trigger after the granted action. Unit's base
movement has no effect on movement granted.
Cannot warp (using skills like Wings of Mercy)
a distance greater than unit would be able to
move with normal Canto movement.)
