Flingster Spear

Flingster Spear (Japanese: 春の出会いの槍 Spring encounter lance) is a weapon skill in the lance category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the spring variation of Sylvain. When its user uses a rally skill, Flingster Spear increases the user's special cooldown charge, heals them, and grants them another action; additionally, when their HP is not low, it boosts their stats, neutralizes effects preventing their follow-up attacks, reduces the foe's damage, and—if the user's special cooldown charge is increased—neutralizes effects reducing the user's special cooldown charge and makes them attack twice.
