Hippity-Hop Axe (Japanese: 春に跳ぶ白兎の斧 Spring jumping white rabbit axe) is a weapon skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the spring variation of Framme. Hippity-Hop Axe boosts the stats of nearby allies and reduces the damage they take based on their HP; it heals its user and their nearby allies; and it boosts its user's stats based on the number of allies near the user, neutralizes effects increasing the foe's or decreasing the user's special cooldown charge, and reduces the damage the foe deals based on the user's HP.

If user is within 2 spaces of an ally at start of turn, restores 7 HP to user and allies within 2 spaces of user.
If user is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants +⁠([number of allies within 3 spaces of user × 3] + 5; maximum: 14; uses maximum if user is within 3 spaces of dragon ally) each to attack, speed, defense, and resistance to user, neutralizes effects that increase foe's special cooldown charge or reduce user's special cooldown charge, and foe's first attack deals −⁠(user's HP at start of combat; maximum: 60)% damage during combat.

excluding area-of-effect Specials) to allies
within 2 spaces of unit during their combat,
and also, if the damage reduction effect
of this skill is triggered, deals 1 damage to
unit after combat (deals 1 damage even if
damage reduction effect is neutralized).
At start of turn, if unit is within 2 spaces of
an ally, restores 7 HP to unit and allies within
2 spaces of unit. If unit is within 3 spaces of
an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+Y to unit
(Y = number of allies within 3 spaces of
unit × 3, + 5; max 14; if unit is within 3 spaces
of a dragon ally, Y = 14), neutralizes effects
that grant "Special cooldown charge +X" to
foe or inflict "Special cooldown charge -X"
on unit, and reduces damage from foe's first
attack by Z% during combat (Z = unit's HP
at start of combat; max 60; "first attack"
normally means only the first strike; for
effects that grant "unit attacks twice," it
means the first and second strikes).

敵の奥義発動カウント変動量+を無効、かつ
自身の奥義発動カウント変動量-を無効、
最初に受けた攻撃と2回攻撃のダメージを
