Arcadian Axes

Arcadian Axes (Japanese: 永遠の理想郷の双斧 Twin axes of eternal utopia) is a weapon skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the Nabata variation of Altina. Arcadian Axes allows its user to attack twice consecutively and counterattack at any range; additionally, it its user's HP is not low, it reduces the foe's stats based on the user's resistance, and if the foe's attack can trigger their special and the user's resistance is much higher than the foe's, it increases the foe's special cooldown count.
