New-Height Bow

New-Height Bow (Japanese: 友の風舞う翼弓 Companion's wind-dancing wing bow) is a weapon skill in the bow category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the ascended variation of Florina. The New-Height Bow reduces its user's Special skill cooldown; allows allies to move adjacent to the user if the user's HP is high; always allows nearby users to move near the user; and boosts the user's attack and speed and boosts their damage based on their speed when near an ally.
