Windy War Tome

Windy War Tome (Japanese: 戦神の風書 War god's wind tome) is a weapon skill in the green tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the young variation of Ilyana. Windy War Tome boosts its user's resistance; if the foe initiates combat or has high HP at the start of combat, it also drops their attack and resistance and reduces their damage based on how much higher the user's resistance is than the foe's, with a great enough difference also denying the foe a follow-up attack.
