Faded Paper Fan (Japanese: 過去の女神の扇子 Past goddess's folded fan) is a green tome-type weapon skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the New Years variation of Kvasir. When its user initiates combat or is near an ally, Faded Paper Fan boosts its user's stats, reduces the foe's stats based on the user's speed, reduces the potency of damage-reducing effects, reduces the damage of the foe's first attack if it is any unit's first combat that turn, and prevents nearby enemies from counterattacking after combat.
