Arcane Thunder (Japanese: 魔器・雷公の書 Magic vessel · thunder god tome) is a weapon skill in the blue tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. When its user's HP is not low, Arcane Thunder boosts their stats and cooldown charge and neutralizes the foe's bonuses, and if its user's speed is higher than their foe's, it neutralizes effects guaranteeing the foe or preventing the user's follow-up attacks.
