Arcane Euphoria

Arcane Euphoria (Japanese: 魔器・恍惚の花 Magic vessel · flower of ecstasy) is a weapon skill in the blue tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is borne by the rearmed variation of Plumeria. When its user's HP is not low, Arcane Euphoria boosts their stats, guarantees them a follow-up attack, boosts their damage, and reduces the damage of the foe's first attack.
