Speed/Resistance Scowl (Japanese: 守備魔防の竜眼 Speed/Magic speed dragon's eye) is a four-tiered passive type A skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Spd/Res Scowl 1, Spd/Res Scowl 2, Spd/Res Scowl 3, and Spd/Res Scowl 4 in order from lowest to highest. When a foe initiates combat or has high HP, Spd/Res Scowl boosts its user's speed and resistance and, if the foe can trigger their special skill and the user has significantly higher resistance, increases the foe's special cooldown count; higher tiers provide greater boosts, and require less resistance to active the secondary effect.
