The Short Spear is a lance appearing in the Fire Emblem series. In all of its appearances, the Short Spear is a middle-of-the-road ranged lance weapon, falling between that of the Javelin and that of the Spear.

The Short Spear is a relatively recent addition to the series, first appearing in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade and appearing in every original installment since, skipping only the two DS remake installments.
